Through the “Book a viewing” form: first name, last name, email address, phone, situation, guarantor, room wanted, preferred move-in date and message.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used only to respond to your request, arrange a viewing and, where applicable, review your rental application. Processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Recipients

The data is intended for the COLOC33 team. It is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., the website's technical provider. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Retention period

Data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, unless a lease is signed, in which case it is kept for the duration of the tenancy and the legal time limits that follow.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to colocationbordeaux33@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
